The receipt must clearly show the retailer name, date, time, location, eligible product(s) purchased, discounts received, coupons used and amount paid. All participating products must appear on the same receipt to qualify. Illegible, altered or incomplete receipts will be rejected. Receipts cannot be reused to submit multiple cashback claims. Screenshots from retailer applications are not accepted.
For online purchases (including same-day delivery), orders must be completed (picked up or delivered) to qualify for cashback. After pickup or delivery, locate the order confirmation email sent by the retailer (proof of pickup or delivery) and save it as a PDF. Please ensure all pages are included.
The document must clearly show your email address, name, delivery/contact address, retailer name, order number, pickup location or delivery address, purchase and pickup/delivery dates and times, purchased product details (including eligible products and UPC code or item number), unit price, subtotal, total, discounts, taxes and payment method — all information must match the Cashback submission form.
Limit: one (1) cashback reward per category and per receipt regardless of spend level (e.g., maximum one (1) $5 cashback reward for a Litter Genie® Cat Litter Disposal System and one (1) $10 cashback reward for Litter Genie® Light Cat Litter, up to a maximum of $15). Each eligible receipt must be uploaded separately. Each receipt may only be used once. Limit of one (1) cashback reward per category, per person, per household or per email address during the entire promotional period.
Participants are responsible for checking their email accounts, including but not limited to their inbox, spam and junk folders.
If the claim cannot be processed, a reason will be provided. Interac® e-Transfers will only be sent to the email address provided in the submission form. Participants must provide a valid email address capable of receiving electronic transfers. Email addresses cannot be changed after form submission.
Offer open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the program at any time. Void outside Canada and where prohibited or restricted by law.
