Dr. Margie Scherk is a feline specialist and 1982 graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College who opened one of the world's first cat-only veterinary practices in Vancouver in 1986. Board-certified in Feline Practice since 1995, she has contributed extensively to feline medicine through clinical research, publications, guideline development, veterinary education, and leadership roles with major veterinary organizations worldwide.
Daniel Filion is the president of Cat Educator, an internationally recognized feline behaviour consulting firm. He and his team of 30 cat behaviourists have over 20 years of experience helping cat owners and professionals address behavioural challenges through consultations, training, and public education. Daniel has host 3 TV series, is the author of several books on feline behaviour and is a sought-after speaker at conferences worldwide. Committed to science-based, ethical methods, Daniel promotes LIMA principles (Least Invasive, Minimal Aversive) and collaborates with veterinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
